Product Sales Engineer, Lead

We are seeking a Lead Sales Engineer with deep expertise in cyber defense products, such as defensive cyber operations, malware reverse engineering, detection engineering, or threat hunting, and enterprise-grade solution architecture to support and drive complex sales engagements. This role combines technical execution with executive-level communication, acting as a trusted advisor to security, incident response, and threat intelligence teams. This role requires partnership with technical and business stakeholders across private and public sectors to support strategic solutioning and seamless integration of cyber product in the customer’s environment. Additional technical experience is desired, such as work with advanced capabilities in reverse engineering, behavioral analysis, and threat research, where solutions provide measurable improvements in detection accuracy, investigation efficiency, and enterprise-scale security operations. You will guide technical input for proposals related to our cyber product portfolio, deliver compelling demos, and ensure seamless sales-to-delivery transitions. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.* Ability to adapt in rapidly changing environments* Bachelor’s degree5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or solution architecture 4+ years of experience leading enterprise engagements 3+ years of experience in architecting, implementing, and integrating enterprise-scale security architectures across endpoints, identity, networks, and cloud environments, including analyzing security telemetry to improve detection, alerting, and response behavior3+ years of experience working closely with security operations teams to support investigation workflows, alert triage, and operational decision-making2+ years of experience performing technical work, such as engineering software products, developing full-stack applications, deploying services, configuring operating systems, or building and maintaining test or production environmentsExperience with AWS or Azure, container orchestration, such as Kubernetes, ECS, or ACA, and CI/CD tooling, such as GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, ArgoCD, or Flux* Possession of excellent interpersonal and analytical skills* Master’s degree* Completion of GREM, OSCE, or SANS FOR/RE CoursesExperience supporting Fortune 500 regulated-industry customers and public sectorExperience integrating malware analysis platforms into SIEM, SOAR, or MDR environmentsExperience integrating and operating Detection Engineering and Threat Hunting solutions Experience with software engineering, such as programming in Python, Java, or C/C++, and building application integrations, such as RESTful API gateway servicesExperience with automated testing and workflow optimization Knowledge of AIOps, MLOps, ModelOps, or DataOps patterns* If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you’ll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.* If this position is listed as onsite, you’ll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.**About Booz Allen Hamilton**Booz Allen is an advanced technology company delivering outcomes with speed for America’s most critical defense, civil, and national security priorities.
