Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Guide customers in selecting new and Pre-Owned Honda vehicles
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
Negotiate and close sales deals professionally and efficiently
Maintain relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay informed on Honda inventory, pricing, and promotions
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications:
2+ years of automotive sales experience required
Honda product knowledge preferred
Strong communication and closing skills
Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
