About the Role CJE SeniorLife seeks a Strategy and Impact Analyst to support execution and coordination of strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the VP & Chief Strategy Officer, this role is ideal for an analytical, detail‑oriented professional who enjoys bridging strategy and execution through portfolio tracking, dashboards, research, and cross‑functional coordination. This position offers an opportunity to gain broad exposure to organizational strategy while building expertise in operational coordination, impact measurement, and data‑driven decision making.

Schedule: Full‑time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation: Salaried, exempt, $553k to $80k.

What You’ll Do Strategic Initiatives Tracking (50%)

Support intake and assessment of new initiative requests using project management tools and working with leaders throughout the organization

Gather and organize overview templates, business cases, roadmaps, and other materials for organizational initiatives

Coordinate tracking of initiatives against timelines, noting risks, providing status updates, and supporting all aspects of meetings to review initiatives status

Assist with value assessment for strategic initiatives, reviewing budgets, spending, and analyzing outcome/impact

Coordinate cross‑functional communication on organizational priorities and overall status

Metrics, Dashboards, & Reporting (30%)

Develop and maintain dashboards for program performance and strategic initiative tracking: assemble data, ensure data quality, create reports and visualizations for various audiences

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) across strategic initiatives and program outcomes

Collaborate on survey design, data compilation, and analysis (i.e., satisfaction and impact measurement)

Support data aggregation, analysis, and reporting for grantors

Strategic Analysis & Special Project Support (20%)

Assist with market research for expansion opportunities and new initiatives: market assessment, competitive analysis, data gathering, and business case development

Leverage data and research to support grant proposal development

Prepare presentations and reports for Board meetings and leadership reviews

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is compassionate, organized, and committed to serving older adults.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public policy, public health, social sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience

3‑5 years of experience in strategy, research, program evaluation, project management, or analytics roles

Skilled in use of productivity and analytics software, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Large Language AI models, project management, reporting/visualization

Preferred

Experience in nonprofit or healthcare settings

Familiarity with Salesforce reporting and dashboards

Survey design and data analysis experience

Knowledge of satisfaction measurement and outcomes tracking

Understanding of senior services or aging services sector

Familiarity with portfolio management or PMO practices

Experience interacting with C‑suite executives and Board of Directors leadership

Comfortable with ambiguity and working independently in a dynamic environment, and able to pivot as needs evolve
