Communicate with individuals who have requested information about benefit programs

Provide guidance on enrollment materials and confirm eligibility

Answer questions and provide clear explanations of available coverage options

Conduct brief virtual meetings to review program details

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and documentation

Stay informed on updates to programs, services, and procedures through ongoing training

Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client-facing roles is helpful but not required

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Professional and positive attitude

Comfortable working in a remote, virtual environment
