Seeking an experienced Epicor Kinetic Business Analyst to support a multi‑site ERP integration and cloud migration. This role will help onboard acquired businesses into a standardized environment, drive process alignment, and support implementations and go‑lives.

Responsibilities

Support Epicor Kinetic implementations, integrations, and deployments.

Partner with finance, operations, and supply chain to align processes.

Gather requirements and document workflows (current/future state).

Assist with data migration, testing, and UAT.

Support system configuration, light customization, and integrations.

Build BAQs, dashboards, and operational reporting.

Guide users through change and promote ERP adoption.

Qualifications

3+ years ERP experience in a manufacturing environment.

Hands‑on Epicor Kinetic implementation experience required.

Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory, and operational processes.

Experience with SQL/BAQs and reporting tools.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills..
