In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of financial services with the ability to advance as you gain new experiences.

Our Relationship Specialists process cash transactions, open deposit, savings and credit card accounts, and discuss loan and retirement products. Most importantly, they build meaningful relationships with our members to discover their needs and provide a superior level of customer service and expertise.

Qualifications Required Skills & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent.

Demonstrated customer service skills.

Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.

Basic math skills.

Excellent verbal communication (bilingual English/Spanish is a plus).

Working knowledge of Windows‑based PC products.
