Responsibilities:
Ensure new agents are ready for success by leading them through our training and mentorship program.
Develop and deliver training materials and conduct training sessions to educate agents on various real estate topics.
Design and implement strategies to improve agent understanding of complex real estate concepts.
Ensure agents are up-to-date on changes in regulations and best practices in the real estate industry.
Analyze and evaluate training materials to ensure they are effective and appropriate for the intended audience.
Communicate with management to provide feedback and progress reports on training.
Instruct in our real estate school as needed.
Qualifications:
US Work Authorization.
At least 5 years of experience working in a real estate office or in the real estate industry.
Flexible schedule with the ability to take calls from agents on evenings and weekends.
Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Must be able to obtain instructor's license within 90 days.
This position is part-time.
Compensation: $25,000 - $35,000 per year
