This is a high-impact operational leadership role within a rapidly growing business line. We are seeking a senior, entrepreneurial processor who not only executes loan files end-to-end with excellence, but also helps build and formalize the systems, SOPs, and infrastructure that will power the next stage of Truehold’s mortgage growth.

Operational Leadership & Process Development
Design, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for loan processing
Build scalable workflows, condition management frameworks, and documentation standards
Partner with leadership to establish KPIs, SLAs, and quality control benchmarks
Identify bottlenecks and recommend process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce defects
Assist in selecting and optimizing technology tools, lender portals, and LOS workflows
Support onboarding and training of new processors as the team grows
Help establish best practices for communication cadence and milestone transparency
Loan Execution & Pipeline Management
Process DSCR and investor mortgage loans from initial disclosure through closing
Review, verify, and organize borrower, property, and third-party documentation to ensure complete and high-quality loan files
Calculate and validate DSCR metrics, rental income, and cash-flow inputs in accordance with lender guidelines
Submit loan files to underwriting and manage underwriting conditions through final approval and clear-to-close
Proactively identify and resolve issues to maintain timeline integrity and closing targets
Maintain accurate loan notes, document tracking, and status updates in the loan origination system and lender portals
Ensure compliance with investor requirements, internal policies, and regulatory standards
Serve as a senior point of contact for loan officers, wholesale account executives, underwriters, borrowers, title/escrow, appraisers, and third-party vendors
Required Qualifications
4+ years of mortgage loan processing experience, with meaningful exposure to DSCR and investor loan products
Strong understanding of wholesale broker processes and lender portal submissions
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex files and resolve underwriting challenges
Deep familiarity with investor documentation, rental income analysis, and cash-flow calculations
Proven experience improving processes or building documentation within a team
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with non-agency or non-QM investor lending
Experience in a scaling or high-growth mortgage operation
Prior experience mentoring or training junior processors
Comfort operating in a startup-style, fast-paced environment
