You’ll serve on the front lines of insurance sales, helping new customers navigate our products, processing claims and inquiries, and developing an ever-growing lead list to secure new business. Responsibilities
Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintaining existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions and questions concerning billing and insurance policies
Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertising our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
Aid policyholders with the insurance claims process while supervising the progress of current insurance claims
Evaluate new customers’ insurance needs, insurance risk, existing coverage, long‑term goals, and financial status through consultations to create a tailored experience that exceeds expectations
Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Prior health insurance or life insurance experience a bonus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
Customer service or experience as a sales representative are highly valued
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation $75,000–$119,000 per year
