
Real Estate Investor Relations - Senior Associate/ VP

Our client is a leading global investment firm with a real estate business with over $15B of AUM. They seek to hire a senior associate/ VP to join their investor relations team.
Responsibilities
Prepare presentation and support materials for investor meetings
Synthesize portfolio data and key real estate and macroeconomic trends to develop portfolio and macro viewpoints in close coordination with portfolio managers and business development teams to translate viewpoints and create new marketing content and update existing content, including long-form thought pieces, white papers, commentary, presentation materials, webinars and talking points
Complete investor documentation and understanding products to facilitate responses to inquiries related to product offerings
Gather and maintain information of market dynamics including information on competitors
Qualifications
4-7 years of total work experience within investor relations (RE experience preferred but not necessary)
Demonstrated professional and academic achievement
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Seismic
Strong quantitative skills, including knowledge and understanding of finance and accounting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
