
Real Estate Financial Analyst

We are seeking a financial analyst to support the acquisition of real estate and non-performing loans across the U.S. and work closely with senior team members throughout the investment process. This position provides exposure to underwriting, due diligence, and asset acquisition in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and supports the Real Estate team across all aspects of the acquisition, underwriting, due diligence and closing process.
Primary Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models of properties and portfolios in Argus Enterprise and Excel.
Manage and track the deal pipeline, ensuring timely evaluation and prioritization of prospective investment opportunities.
Conduct market research and maintain market data to assist in investment decisions.
Prepare Investment Committee memos for external and internal audiences.
Support due diligence efforts on new property acquisitions, including review of leases, surveys, financial operating histories, estoppels.
Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support day-to-day decision making.
Assist in-house asset management personnel post-acquisition to ensure properties perform at highest level.
Perform property site visits in various locations across the U.S.
Job Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in real estate acquisition, brokerage or related field
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or a related field
Basic knowledge of commercial real estate and finance concepts
Familiarity with financial accounting concepts
Exceptional Microsoft Excel modeling skills; basic familiarity with Argus DCF / Enterprise software a plus
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple projects or tasks at once.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
