Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of per‑litigation PI files
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
Gather and organize medical records, bills, and other supporting documentation
Draft correspondence, demand packages, pleadings, and settlement documents
Coordinate lien resolution and disbursement process
Maintain accurate case notes and documentation in case management software
Qualifications
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Compensation $55,000 - $65,000 per year
