Kimball Equipment is looking for a young, hungry, hair‑on‑fire competitor to join our equipment rental team in the Salt Lake area. This is not a desk job. This is not for someone who needs hand‑holding. This is for someone who wants to build something, win, and get paid for it.
You’ll be on the road almost every day: knocking doors, walking jobsites, calling contractors, and hunting down customers we don’t even know we’re missing yet. If being told “no” 1,000 times makes you quit, this isn’t for you. If it makes you go harder, keep reading.
What You’ll Be Doing
Prospecting contractors, builders, landscapers, municipalities, and anyone who rents equipment
Cold calling and walking into jobsites daily
Building relationships and earning repeat business
Finding new accounts and reactivating old ones
Owning your territory like it’s your business
What We’re Looking For
Relentless drive and thick skin
High energy and self‑motivation
Competitive mindset
Organized enough to follow up and close
Sales experience is a plus
Equipment or construction knowledge is a plus — but hunger beats experience
