What you will accomplish as a Sales Coordinator at TAPCO The sales coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving regional revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. They are a key contributor in several core sales processes that facilitate TAPCO’s sales team to optimize performance.
The successful candidate will be exposed to many aspects of customer engagement in an outcome‑focused team environment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with sales teammates in the qualification and execution of marketing leads into sales opportunities.
Support regionally aligned account executives with customer sales opportunities.
Ensure all relevant data is updated within the CRM system accurately and promptly.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including quotes, orders, and bids.
Maintain accurate and relevant data relating to customers, quotes, and orders in the ERP.
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries via phone and website interactions.
Required Experience
Two years or more of sales or customer service experience.
Proven experience in a sales support or customer‑facing role, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
Experience working with a CRM (preferred).
Prior experience working within an ERP (preferred).
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multi‑tasking environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable team member.
Aptitude to thrive in a customer‑focused and results‑driven environment.
Ability to understand basic technical specifications and application drawings.
Desire to advance in one’s career.
