HCM Account Executive II . This role is for sellers who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to
own the full sales cycle independently
- while continuing to grow toward mid-market opportunities. While this role begins with smaller, transactional clients, our long-term strategy is
mid-market growth (50+ employees) . If you want to sell

Position Overview
Establish full-cycle sales ownership without daily oversight
Own deals end-to-end with accountability for outcomes
Reinforce disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy
Manage a defined territory and quota
Receive coaching focused on improvement - not micromanagement
Earn meaningful upside through consistent performance
Build the foundation required for larger, more complex deals
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle for SMB clients (typically 10–50 employees)
Conduct discovery, demos, proposals, and closes independently
Build and manage a healthy pipeline with forecast accuracy
Apply qualification rigor to prioritize deals and protect forecast accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with Implementation and Customer Success
Independently execute outbound and inbound prospecting to maintain pipeline coverage
Consistently meet or exceed quota expectations
You'll Have
Full ownership of your deals end-to-end

Ongoing coaching (without micromanagement)

What We're Looking For We hire for
potential, coachability, and work ethic .
You May Be a Strong Fit If You Have
2–4 years of sales experience (SaaS, payroll, or B2B preferred)
Proven ability to manage deals independently
Strong discovery, objection handling, and closing skills
CRM discipline and forecast accuracy
Coachability and accountability
Desire to grow into more complex selling environments
Prior SaaS or payroll experience is helpful -
not required .
Compensation & Rewards
The pay range for this position is 68,000-96,900/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience
Commission + Bonus opportunities with a clearly defined plan & payout structure
