
Associate Annual Giving Officer

The Associate Annual Giving Officer has responsibility for creating and managing strategies to secure significant annual donations (often $1,000+) from high-potential donors, focusing on discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to build future major gift prospects. This role bridges regular annual giving with major gifts, ensuring a consistent revenue stream and nurturing relationships with donors who have the capacity to give more significantly in the future, thereby strengthening the overall sustainability of the Foundation's fundraising efforts. Position required strong relationship‑building, data analysis, and fundraising skills, typically within higher education, academic medical centers or other nonprofits.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4+ years in direct fundraising (preferably in higher education, healthcare, or other nonprofits), sales or similar experience with demonstrated capacity to organize and manage projects/programs.
