$85,000.00 - $90,000.00 Salary/year

Responsibilities
Develop an annual Territory Plan in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
Define sales strategies and action plans for identified target accounts and prospects within the territory.
Establish new residential dealers and light commercial contractor accounts.
Grow sales volume with current accounts.
Maximize share of customers’ equipment spend.
Ensure personal face-to-face contact and continuous improvement of rapport and productive relationships with decision-makers in all classes of customers and prospects in the assigned territory.
Manage the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensure achievement of all related internal and external deliverables, including assignment of pricing, dealer levels, services, and training.

Qualifications
5 years of Account Management experience.
3 years of sales experience selling to contractors would also be beneficial.
