A rapidly expanding manufacturing organization (organic growth + acquisitions) is hiring a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Mid-Atlantic or New England regions.
This is a territory ownership role with real autonomy and strong earning potential.

You will:
Build and execute a regional sales strategy
Manage and expand existing accounts
Prospect and close new business
Sell capital equipment into waste, recycling, scrap, and compartment markets
Negotiate contracts and pricing
Coordinate with production and logistics to ensure seamless delivery
Use CRM data to refine strategy and maximize performance
Ideal Background You are likely:
Currently selling capital equipment
Or selling into the waste, recycling, scrap, trucking, or heavy industrial markets
Comfortable with cold outreach and territory development
Strong in negotiation and closing
Experienced in managing long sales cycles
You have a track record of hitting quota.
