About the Role
This is not a traditional “dial-for-dollars” BDR role. This is a strategic, off-the-wall creative BDR role that is created to nurture your drive, your compassion, and your creativity.
As a BDR, you’ll sit at the front of Metafile’s go-to-market engine, helping shape how we show up in the market while directly driving new-logo pipeline.
You’ll combine outbound prospecting with sales-owned outreach campaigns, sourcing and qualifying new opportunities and owning early-stage pipeline creation for the sales team.

You’ll focus on driving awareness and pipeline across Manufacturing, Retail, Healthcare, and Agriculture, working closely with Sales lead to turn smart outreach into real opportunities.
This role gives you exposure to the go to market strategies, letting you build skills and utilize your creativity and energy to create lead generating actions and improve Opportunity conversions. You’ll see how messaging turns into meetings, how campaigns turn into pipeline, and how awareness turns into customers.

Job Description Key Responsibilities
Drive targeted outbound outreach into key verticals using account-based strategies
Build and test sequences, call scripts, LinkedIn messages, and emails tailored to real customer pain points
Lead first-touch discovery conversations to assess fit and demo readiness
Work closely with Account Executive to refine target accounts, messaging, and follow-up strategy
Ensure clean, accurate CRM data to support forecasting and performance tracking
Learn how to demo and how to scope these opportunities
Monitor competitor positioning, industry trends, and customer pain points across target verticals
Share insights with Sales to improve campaign strategy and outreach effectiveness
Track and optimize outreach and campaign performance with a focus on meetings booked, qualified opportunities created, and pipeline impact
Help shape vertical-specific messaging for outbound sequences, landing pages, and email campaigns
Support webinars, events, and digital campaigns through list building, follow-ups, and conversion tracking
Contribute ideas for blogs, newsletters, customer stories, and sales enablement content
Create and test A/B variations to improve engagement and response rates
ownership: Sales-owned campaigns are evaluated based on pipeline and revenue contribution
What We’re Looking For
2-3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or sales roles (SaaS preferred)
Strong written and verbal communication skills. You know how to make messages land whether via email, land post or phone calls
Comfort tailoring outreach across multiple industries and buyer personas
Experience working with CRM tools; familiarity with outbound and marketing platforms is a plus
Organized, self-motivated, curious, and comfortable in a fast-paced, experimental environment
Interest in copywriting, content creation, or analytics
