Construction Estimator (Commercial TI) - Manhattan, NY Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed construction estimates for commercial tenant improvement projects. Perform quantity take-offs and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing. Lead RFP and bidding processes, including scope reviews and bid leveling. Analyze drawings, specifications, and design documents for accuracy and completeness. Collaborate with preconstruction, operations, and design teams to support project planning. Contribute to project budgeting, value engineering, and cost analyses. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and stay updated on Manhattan construction market pricing.
