RV Resort Director – Sunland RV Resorts Sunland RV Resorts is seeking a locally based, highly engaged, hands-on RV Resort Director to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This on-site leadership role is responsible for driving resort performance, developing a strong team culture, and creating a vibrant, community-focused environment. The ideal candidate is an energetic hospitality professional who thrives in operations, financial oversight, team leadership, and guest engagement — including organizing and hosting monthly events that enhance guest satisfaction and retention. What You’ll Do Lead all day-to-day resort operations including guest services, maintenance, and administration Manage budget performance including occupancy, ADR, revenue, and expense control Ensure exceptional property presentation, cleanliness, landscaping, and amenity quality Foster strong guest relationships and proactively resolve concerns Plan, promote, and host monthly guest events to drive engagement and long-term retention Oversee vendor relationships, preventive maintenance, and capital improvements Ensure compliance with account management standards, Fair Housing, and safety regulations Partner with corporate marketing and revenue teams on pricing and promotional strategies What We’re Looking For Proven leadership experience in hospitality, property management, or resort operations Strong financial and analytical skills Excellent communication and guest service abilities A visible, highly engaged leadership style Passion for creating community and hosting engaging events If you are a leader who takes pride in operational excellence, guest engagement, and building strong resort communities, we invite you to apply.
