Lawyers for Justice, PC is a fast-growing plaintiff-side law firm recognized as a leader in both employment and personal injury litigation. With a robust caseload in state and federal courts, the firm represents employees in complex wage-and-hour and workplace violation matters, as well as individuals who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence, unsafe conditions, trucking and rideshare accidents, and other catastrophic incidents. Having recovered over $1.5 billion for our clients across California, we are expanding our Marketing team to support our continued growth and national expansion.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations, campaigns, and administrative functions. This role is ideal for an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is eager to contribute to impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Marketing & Campaign Support

Assist with research to support marketing campaigns, business development initiatives, and outreach efforts.

Prepare, format, print, and distribute marketing letters and collateral materials.

Organize and execute direct mail campaigns, including assembling and sending mailings.

Support content proofreading and quality assurance to ensure accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Administrative & Operational Support

Perform copying, filing, and document organization to maintain efficient records management.

Provide general administrative and clerical support to the Marketing team.

Assist with project coordination and other marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Ensure deadlines are met and materials are prepared accurately and on time.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous office or administrative experience preferred.

Basic understanding of administrative procedures and clerical systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiarity with Adobe and internet research tools.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting marketing or business development teams.

Familiarity with legal services or professional services environments.

Comfort working in a deadline-driven, high-volume setting.

Strong proofreading and document formatting skills.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk.

Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
