Memphis, TN‑ onsite role with some hybrid flexibility As the Business Development Representative, you will drive net‑new revenue by securing new clients for our client’s HCM and payroll solutions. Through disciplined outbound prospecting and strategic partner cultivation, you will uncover back‑office people and process challenges and align the right combination of payroll, HR advisory support, and (as licensed) benefits services to meet each client’s needs. Responsibilities

Conduct consultative discovery meetings with small business owners to uncover pain points and business priorities Dedicated hunter role using internal lead generation tools/systems. This individual is expected to build and maintain a robust pipeline of accounts. sell our client’s HCM platform and services: payroll + HR support + benefits pathway (broker team) Build and cultivate channel partnerships (bankers, benefits/401k partners, accounting firms, etc.) to generate repeatable referrals Maintain high prospecting output (calls, emails, social selling) and develop territory plan aligned to target segments Base Salary: $50k - $70k (Dependent on experience level) Typical starting base is around $55k Year 1 Variable Commission + bonuses tied to revenue attainment: $20k Projected Year One Earnings: $75k - $105k Year 2 Variable Commission: $30k Projected Year Two Earnings: $105k+ increase YoY as book of business grows Health/Dental/Vision covered at 100% Life Insurance 401(k) contribution of 3% Generous PTO
