Working Title: ERP Consultant Title/Level: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst 3 Category: Applications/Software Development Full Time I. Description The Department of Information Resources (DIR) is seeking an ERP Consultant to provide expertise in the implementation, maintenance, and support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. The consultant will work closely with DIR staff to ensure the successful deployment of ERP solutions that align with organizational goals and improve operational efficiency. II. Responsibilities - Provide technical expertise and support for ERP systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. - Assist in the design, configuration, and customization of ERP applications. - Conduct training sessions and provide user support to end-users. - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise. III. Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - Proven experience as an ERP consultant or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of ERP systems and related technologies. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
