From the beginning, our goal was to establish an advisory firm that stands apart from the rest one that is grounded in our Core Values and dedicated to creating a positive experience not just for our clients, but for our people too. We firmly believe in the strength of collaboration, enthusiasm, generosity, and perseverance as the driving forces behind our success. With advisory solutions spanning accounting and risk, technology-enabled transformation, and transactions, we partner with our clients to solve today's challenges and deliver present and future value. By joining our rapidly growing Business Transformation practice you will drive day-to-day delivery on capital markets transformation programs with a focus on OTC derivatives and securities financing transactions. You'll lead discrete workstream execution from requirements and process design through testing/UAT and go-live while collaborating with stakeholders across the front, middle, and back office. You'll apply strong domain knowledge, data/automation skills, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach to produce high-quality deliverables that move clients from strategy to execution. What You'll Do:

Workstream execution & delivery: Own day-to-day execution of assigned workstreams by managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and producing client-ready deliverables including BRDs/FRDs, operating model artifacts, process flows, and report specifications. Front-to-back lifecycle analysis: Analyze and improve trade capture, lifecycle events, positions & P&L, valuation, confirmation, settlement, collateral, reconciliations, and reporting/data services across the trade lifecycle. Capital markets domain coverage: Apply working knowledge of OTC derivatives while demonstrating familiarity with SFT (repo, securities lending, margin financing) and collateral mechanics, and support workflows for securitized equity derivatives and post-trade processes. Requirements, testing & UAT: Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, maintain traceability, create test plans, manage defects in JIRA, coordinate UAT, and validate system functionality against business needs. Process improvement & automation: Map current and future state processes, design workflows and controls to improve efficiency and STP, and build or support automations using Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath, and dashboards in Power BI. Data & analytics: Perform data mapping, migration planning, and quality checks while using SQL/Python for profiling, analytics, reconciliation, prototyping, and contributing to KPI and dashboard development. Governance & communications: Support project governance by maintaining RAID logs, status updates, decision logs, and steering materials while escalating risks and issues appropriately. Stakeholder engagement & change: Support stakeholder engagement and change activities by contributing to training, SOPs, communications, adoption activities, and validating outcomes with clients. Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients, in accordance with company policies on data protection, intellectual property, and professional standards. Stay informed about emerging AI tools and techniques and collaborate with firm leadership to identify compliant opportunities to enhance client solutions and internal processes. What You'll Bring:
