ASAP About the Role We are seeking a
Customer Service Representative
to provide outstanding support to our customers. This position involves processing orders, answering customer inquiries, tracking shipments, and maintaining accurate records. Successful candidates may have the opportunity to convert to full-time. Key Responsibilities Process orders via phone, email, or paper purchase orders. Handle incoming customer service calls and route to appropriate personnel. Manage back orders and communicate status updates to customers. Prepare custom paperwork for international shipments and invoice orders. Track customer shipments and maintain organized files. Assist with customer mailings and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED (flexible with equivalent experience). 12 years of customer service experience. Reliable transportation (work location not near public transit). Experience taking orders via phone and email. Strong communication and basic math skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and relevant CRM programs. Preferred Attributes Strong attention to detail. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Customer-first attitude with a focus on service excellence. Physical Requirements Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 30 lbs. Regularly required to sit, use hands, talk, and hear; occasionally stand, walk, reach. Additional Information Background check required (no drug screening). NET 90 payment terms (pay when paid). A tenure-based discount applies after 13 months of continuous service.
