Required Skills
Current Accident, Health, and Life Insurance License
3–5 years of experience supporting large/mid-market groups in employee benefits
Strong knowledge of group benefits products and funding types (medical, dental, vision, life, disability)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Nice To Have Skills
Experience with CRM and quoting systems management
Knowledge of underwriting guidelines and compliance standards
Strong analytical skills for proposal evaluation
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders simultaneously
Familiarity with carrier products and market trends
Preferred Education And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (preferred)
Experience supporting employee benefits in a fast-growing environment
Other Requirements
Ability to work remotely within states such as NY, SC, GA, FL, or hybrid from CT, MD, VA, NC, with flexibility for other EST-compatible locations
Commitment to maintaining licensed status and compliance standards
