Responsibilities
Represent the company professionally in appearance and communication.
Walk designated neighborhoods to identify homes that may qualify for exterior renovations.
Build rapport with potential clients.
Conduct on-site exterior assessments.
Educate homeowners on services, warranties, and financing options. Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Comfortable with outdoor work and extensive walking
Resilience to rejection
Must be goal-oriented and self-motivated
Reliable transportation
Location Expert Exteriors serves Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Field Marketing Representatives are assigned to territories but have the freedom to expand into additional areas, unlocking more earning potential.
Pay This position begins with a comprehensive two-week paid training program designed to set you up for success. In addition to your training compensation, you will earn full commission on any sales generated during this period.
Following training, you may choose the compensation structure that best aligns with your goals and earning potential:
An uncapped, 100% commission plan designed for high performers seeking maximum income potential, or
A base salary plus commission structure that provides stability while still offering strong performance-based earnings.
