Summary We are seeking a dynamic Search Engine Marketing Assistant Manager to join our innovative marketing team. This key role involves directly managing and optimizing paid search media campaigns across Google and Bing channels. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with hands‑on experience in driving performance through data‑driven insights and creative solutions. This role will contribute significantly to executing a cohesive digital strategy that aligns with our growth objectives.
What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns on Google, including YouTube and other Google Ads products, to achieve business goals
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives
Continuously optimize campaign performance through rigorous data analysis, A/B testing, and trend monitoring
Manage all paid search copywriting, ad copy testing, and landing page testing
Own paid search reporting and analysis, turning data into insights to drive actions that improve the SEM program
Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while adhering to financial plans
Generate insightful reports on campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
Owns the Google Ads pixel and conversion event library, managing communications with the web team to make sure our ad accounts are aligned to website updates and tracking remains in working order
Stay updated with industry trends/advancements to keep AZEK at the forefront of digital innovation
What You’ll Bring Required Competencies
Extensive experience, at least 3-5 years with hands on keyboards managing paid search media campaigns on Google and Microsoft
Strong understanding of media channels within Google ecosystem (including PMAX, Demand Gen, YouTube)
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
Proven track record of developing strategies that drive measurable results
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
What You’ll Receive As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay scale for this position is $90,000 to $100,000. Placement in the range depends on several factors such as experience, skills, geography and internal equity and may change over time. This position qualifies for benefits and you will be eligible to participate in a bonus plan.
