A Channel Marketing Specialist supports the Channel Marketing Manager by developing marketing plans, aiding product launches, and tracking marketing funds.
Job description The Channel Marketing specialist ensures the success of partner campaigns through monitoring, analysis, and optimization across various platforms, including digital media. They also manage administrative tasks, produce marketing materials, and collaborate with vendors to execute marketing programs effectively. Additionally, they contribute to content creation, event organization, and maintain the partner portal.
Functional Responsibilities and Duties
Assist the managing employee in the development and implementation of channel partners' marketing plans.
Support new product launches in the assigned channel by providing collateral, communication strategies, training tools, and related activities.
Monitor and support assigned channel partner activities, campaigns, websites, or stores, and perform analyses to drive improvements.
Maintain and develop the partner portal.
Execute Market Development Funds process (MDF) and marketing budget expenditures tracking following the guidelines.
Execute the organization and evaluation of channel events under supervision of the managing employee.
Analyze and report on assigned campaign progress against goals and ROI.
Produce marketing materials, merchandise, or Point of Sale (POS) items for channel partners.
Collaborate with third‑party vendors and agencies, and establish processes that support the successful execution of channel marketing programs and campaigns.
Place and record orders, pre‑account for received invoices, manage invoice adjustments and accruals, and actively communicate with the finance department.
Administer reciprocal agreements on advertising cooperation, maintain accurate records in the project system, and ensure regular reporting and archiving.
Handle administrative activities of the marketing department, prepare supporting documents.
Act in the translation and adaptation of promotional materials and support the maintenance, localisation of content and updating of the company's website.
Assist in representation of the company on specific events.
Regularly update the promotional calendar.
Carry out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.
Requirements Education
Bachelor's degree
Security technology experience is a plus
Experience
3 years in a marketing role
Knowledge
MS Office: advanced
Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Well‑developed interpersonal and organizational skills
Language
