Marketing Administrative Assistant
In this role, your responsibilities include providing administrative support to the Director of Marketing Operations and Executive Assistant through a variety of tasks related to organization, preparation and communication. The Marketing Administrative Assistant is expected to effectively communicate in person, phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. Responsibilities: Assist marketing team in the resourcing & organization of all assets Onboarding, execution and coordination Assist in quality tracking & organization of all marketing offers and products Communicate to and with all marketing divisions Clerical duties, including scheduling meeting, taking notes, creating presentations and handling marketing tasks Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities. Any miscellaneous tasks or requests to assist the marketing Operations Manager Ability to effectively anticipate needs Assisting EA in creating props for events and keeping track of already existing assets Managing and organizing data in spreadsheets. Qualifications: 2+ years previous experience as Administrative Assistant Tech savvy with Apple/Mac computers, internet search and phones Strong professional, verbal and written communication skills Strong service-oriented mindset Outstanding organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different administrative tasks as needed Clear, effective communicator verbally and in writingwith the ability to be persuasive Demonstrated ability to work productively with counterparts in a cross-functional capacity Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities Ability to effectively prioritize and manage your time to address multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, professional environment. Positive, team-oriented attitude Must have a satisfactory driving record, as the position requires occasional driving to handle requested errands Skills: Written and verbal communication skills Scheduling Computer software skills including Microsoft Office Organization skills Time management skills Presentation skills This is full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, with additional hours/times as needed in Aventura, FL.
