Job Summary

The Salesforce Architect will lead enterprise-scale implementations with expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

This role is responsible for defining architecture strategy, driving scalable revenue transformation initiatives, and overseeing technical design across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Architect scalable quote-to-cash (Q2C) and lead-to-revenue solutions. Define integration architecture with ERP, billing systems, tax engines, payment gateways, and third-party platforms. Ensure strong governance, security, data integrity, and performance optimization. Lead full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce CPQ and advanced pricing models. Architect complex product bundling rules, configuration rules, pricing structures, discount frameworks, multi-currency and multi-entity setups, and subscription lifecycle management. Design advanced approval processes and revenue recognition integrations. Implement automated renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle workflows. Architect sales processes including lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, territory management, and pipeline analytics. Implement automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Components. Enable AI-driven insights using Einstein features where applicable. Architect customer and partner portals using Experience Cloud, ensuring secure sharing models and optimized user experience. Enable self-service quoting, case management, order tracking, and portal performance optimization. Design API-led integration patterns using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools. Collaborate with integration platforms such as Mulesoft. Lead DevOps practices including CI/CD, source control, and scratch org strategy. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and administrators. Required Qualifications

10+ years of CRM experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce architecture. 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow automation, and integration frameworks. Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite. Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes. Preferred Qualifications

Strategic thinking combined with hands-on technical depth. Experience with subscription-based business models (SaaS). Knowledge of revenue recognition standards such as ASC 606 or IFRS 15.
