Entry Level Operations Approval Specialist
Our client in Milwaukee is seeking a hybrid Entry Level Operations Approval Specialist. This is a 12-month contract role based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Post Approval Coordinator is primarily responsible for obtaining completed documents and forms that are required for our insurance policies to be placed in-force. This includes communicating via email and phone with insurance agents, their staff, and internal customers to understand and address their requests. Typical requests include explaining processes and procedures, reviewing documents to ensure they are in good order, resolving documents that are not in good order, preparing documents for electronic signatures, and answering status questions. The Post Approval Coordinator is accountable for understanding the request and determining the appropriate course of action or potential solutions using available resources along with our eSign on Demand tool. Technical skills: gain acceptance and to interact tactfully and professionally with internal and external customers Strong written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Demonstrated computer experience with solid keyboarding skills and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office. 1-3 years of related experience.
