About the Role

What you’ll do (simple responsibilities) You’ll act as a warm-connection partner—introducing the company to plaintiff-side law firms that are a strong fit and helping get the right decision-maker into a meeting.

- Identify plaintiff firms that match our target profile (see “Ideal Firm Fit”) - Make warm introductions to the right leaders (Managing Partner / COO / Ops / Practice Manager / Head of BD) - Help confirm fit and schedule a qualified meeting with our team (you are not responsible for proposals, negotiations, or closing) - Support the relationship as needed during evaluation (implementation is handled by the company)

Ideal Firm Fit (who you’ll introduce us to) We’re focused on plaintiff firms with long-form intake calls (30+ minutes) and intake capacity constraints—typically: - $15M+ annual revenue - 8+ detailed intake calls/day (30+ minutes each) - Multiple attorneys + dedicated intake/sales staff - Using a CRM/case management system (e.g., Clio, Salesforce, HubSpot, MyCase) and processing 30+ intake calls/week

Practice areas we want: Personal Injury, Employment (plaintiff), Workers’ Comp, Med Mal, Class Action, Immigration, Complex Family.

We do NOT want: Transactional-only, short-intake criminal defense, or firms with average intake under 20 minutes.

Compensation (success-based) - Revenue share / success fee paid only when a referred firm signs and closes with the company (details shared during the conversation). - This is designed for law firm professionals who want to earn extra income by connecting their network to a system that helps firms reclaim time and increase capacity.

Qualifications (must-have) - Direct experience working inside a plaintiff-side law firm (associate/attorney, intake manager, ops, practice management, BD, etc.) - Legal degree strongly preferred (JD or equivalent) - Strong understanding of law firm intake, client acquisition, and operational bottlenecks - Professional discretion: ability to make introductions without sharing confidential information

Important ethical note You must be able to participate in compliance with your employer policies and applicable professional responsibility rules. No confidential information is ever requested or needed.
