About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to serve as the chief senior executive, responsible for the leadership, strategic direction, and long-term sustainability of the organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, community partners, and district leadership to strengthen the foundation's capacity, drive fundraising growth, and advance its reputation as a trusted, innovative force for high-quality public education. This role involves leading both internal operations and external engagement, ensuring financial health, setting strategic priorities, and establishing effective systems to support program delivery and community impact. The Executive Director will also be tasked with building trust across diverse stakeholder groups and communicating a clear and compelling story about the foundation's mission and values.
The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a thoughtful, relationship-driven leader with strong fundraising experience, strategic planning expertise, and the ability to navigate a complex political landscape.
