structured 3-year leadership development program

designed to build future leaders who understand the front end of the business, develop strong commercial instincts, and learn how to solve real business problems. Through a series of rotational assignments, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in customer‑facing roles, inside sales, product management, and strategic business operations—preparing you for leadership opportunities across the company. Wage Range:

$60,000 - $70,000 per year

Program Start Date:

May 2026

Program Rotations & Responsibilities Phase 1 – Customer Experience (9–12 months):

Support our customers directly. Answer product questions, process orders, resolve issues, and learn the technical side of our signage products. You’ll build a customer‑centric mindset and start contributing to sales through proactive solutions.

Inside Sales:

Manage an assigned customer segment, generate and qualify leads, and help retain accounts using our CRM tools.

Product Management:

Conduct market research on customer needs, assist with new product development and launch plans, and analyze customer feedback for product improvements.

Business Projects as Assigned:

Support cross‑functional initiatives that improve customer experience

Assist with sales enablement tools and product communication

Participate in strategic projects that strengthen the front end of the business

Analyze data to identify trends and recommend business improvements

Phase 3 – Leadership/Strategic Assignment (final 9–12 months):

Take on a leadership role or capstone project aligned with your interests and company needs. Possible focuses include marketing strategy execution, leading a product line’s go‑to‑market launch, or managing customer service processes. By the end of the program, you’ll be ready to transition into a permanent leadership position.

Qualifications & Traits

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field (strong academic performance).

0–3 years of experience; internships or co‑ops in sales, marketing, or technical fields are a plus.

Technical aptitude: ability to learn product specifications and solve technical challenges.

Communication skills: clear verbal and written communication; comfortable engaging with customers and teams.

Problem‑solving mindset: resourceful, curious, and determined to find solutions.

Leadership potential: self‑starter who sets and meets goals; history of leading projects or teams (student orgs, clubs, etc.) is highly valued.

Highly driven and collaborative: you thrive in a team environment and pursue goals with energy and integrity.
