Be extraordinary, together. This role offers significant exposure to the full investment lifecycle of a commercial real estate property, focused on the acquisition and execution of complex, strategic value-add assets within the core New York market.

Conduct financial analysis, underwriting, and scenario modeling for investment sales, ground leases, and redevelopment projects.

Prepare offering memoranda, pitch materials, and client presentations.

Perform comparable sale and rent analyses and market research.

Support the Executive Managing Director in advising nonprofit and religious institutional clients on real estate strategy, asset repositioning, and long-term planning.

Participate in client meetings, gather information and prepare summaries and follow-up materials.

Support the preparation of RFP responses and redevelopment strategy package

Prepare research briefs, case studies, and materials for new advisory and investment sales opportunities.

Maintain pipelines, CRM data, and tracking tools to support ongoing business development.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Studies, Business, Architecture, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in commercial real estate, investment sales, development, finance, or related fields.

Exceptional written and verbal communication.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Interest in mission-driven, community-impact real estate work.

Knowledge of NYC real estate markets, zoning, and development preferred.
