The Corporate Real Estate (CRE) organization provides strategic insights and execution on real‑estate related projects and services for internal and external stakeholders. We are seeking a Corporate Real Estate Administrator to join our team.

What You'll Be Doing

Leasing administration and project management coordination

Collection and archive of documents and continual update of internal databases

Coordinate onboarding of new facilities, including setup of documentation into our lease management systems, data capture, and internal system entry

Assist with lease abstraction and verification of key lease terms

Support landlord and broker communications as needed

Assist with reporting requests and internal data reconciliation

Support continuous improvement of lease administration, project mgt. processes

Contribute to key project communications, supporting transparency and engagement across all levels of the organization.

Oversee all project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Lead project reviews and deliver insightful updates to department managers and the leadership team, driving continuous improvement.

Financial analysis, reporting, budgeting.

Remote – This position offers a remote work schedule that allows you to stay fully engaged with your team to provide outstanding, customer‑focused service during our core hours (8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST). Periodic office visits may be requested based on business needs.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 – $85,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short‑term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

What You'll Bring

3+ years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, property and project management, and/or related fields

A minimum of an Associate's degree preferred

Working knowledge of lease terminology and commercial lease structures

Experience managing lease documentation and insurance requirements

Familiarity working with Accounting and/or Accounts Payable teams

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

Strong writing and communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally within the organization

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with lease management, project mgt. software

Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately

Skills Accuracy and Attention to Detail:

Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision.

Budget Management:

Knowledge of the principles and methodology of budget management; ability to utilize the tools, techniques and procedures needed to establish and monitor budgets.

Knowledge of collaborative techniques and approaches; ability to promote a culture of continuous improvement and working together across functions to solve business problems and meet business goals.

Effective Communications:

Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.

Effective Presentations:

Knowledge of effective presentation tools and techniques; ability to present information to groups with the appropriate degree of formality.

Managing Multiple Priorities:

Knowledge of effective self‑management practices; ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.

Project Management:

Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
