Leasing Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager located in Manhattan, KS. The Leasing Manager will oversee daily leasing activities, manage lease contracts, and coordinate with our maintenance department with any maintenance happening at the properties. Responsibilities also include ensuring high tenant satisfaction, handling lease administration, and contributing to tenant retention efforts.

Qualifications

Experience with leases, including creating, reviewing, and managing lease agreements

Knowledge of lease administration and maintenance of accurate records

Property management expertise, including handling operations and tenant needs

Strong resident retention skills and a focus on enhancing tenant satisfaction

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Familiarity with real estate regulations and leasing compliance standards is a plus
