Salary: $95,000 - $135,000 per year

Job Details Summary of Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to meet project timelines
Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and maintain accurate project documentation
Communicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to budgetary and scheduling requirements
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Must have prior general contracting or construction management experience
5+ years of experience in construction superintendent experience, with a focus on commercial, mixed-use, institutional, healthcare, or industrial projects
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
