We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
Full-Time Residential Leasing Consultant
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for touring prospects, generating leases, leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service to prospects and residents, and supporting the daily operations of the community. This role plays a key part in achieving occupancy goals and maintaining resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist prospective residents in person, by phone, and online
Conduct property tours and highlight community features
Process rental applications and lease agreements
Follow up with prospects to close leases
Maintain accurate leasing and traffic records
Provide excellent customer service to current residents
Assist with marketing and outreach efforts
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional and friendly demeanor
Ability to meet leasing goals and deadlines
Proficient in basic computer applications
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
