We are seeking a high-performing Construction Superintendent to lead the execution of premier commercial projects across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is built for a field-driven leader who takes ownership of the jobsite, drives schedule, and delivers quality without compromising safety.
Role Overview
As the primary on-site authority, the Construction Superintendent will oversee the full lifecycle of commercial construction projects, from mobilization and earthwork through punch list and owner turnover. This position requires strong coordination skills, decisive leadership, and the ability to manage complex logistics in a fast-paced DFW market. Key Responsibilities
Lead and direct all daily on-site construction activities, ensuring subcontractors and vendors are aligned with project scope, sequencing, and safety expectations Manage and maintain the master construction schedule, identify critical path activities, and implement recovery plans to keep projects on track Coordinate multiple trades simultaneously, resolving conflicts between structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural systems Enforce strict OSHA-compliant safety standards, conduct daily safety meetings, and promote a zero-incident jobsite culture Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets or exceeds plans, specifications, and local municipal codes Communicate daily with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and owners to provide accurate progress updates and field-driven solutions Maintain accurate on-site documentation including daily reports, RFIs, safety logs, and inspections using modern construction technology Qualifications
4+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent in commercial construction, including ground-up and renovation projects Proven ability to lead diverse trade partners and hold subcontractors accountable to high performance standards Strong understanding of construction sequencing, means and methods, and site logistics Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction software Hands‑on leadership style with a solution‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills
