Estimator - Commercial Interiors

A general contractor specializing in
commercial interiors, tenant improvements, and corporate build-outs
across the Metroplex are looking to add an
Estimator
to their team. With a strong pipeline of repeat business and long-term client relationships, they’re seeking a detail-oriented professional who can help them continue delivering accurate, competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
Solicit and analyze subcontractor bids
Develop budgets and support value engineering efforts
Collaborate with project managers during preconstruction
Maintain strong relationships within the DFW subcontractor market
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of commercial construction estimating experience
TI / interior build-out experience preferred
Strong knowledge of drawings, specs, and local pricing
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, or similar tools
