We are dedicated to serving our local community and building lasting relationships with our clients.
As a Medicaid/Medicare Specialist, you will provide personalized insurance solutions to our valued clients. Your role will involve conducting client consultations, assessing their insurance needs, and offering tailored advice. You will handle inbound calls, address client inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Stay updated on industry trends and changes to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Must possess an active Health Insurance License.
Experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid remote work environment.
Collaborate efficiently with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
