Job Summary The Corporate Recruiter will be instrumental in driving Brite’s talent acquisition strategy by sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional candidates. This role will focus on filling specialized positions across Public Safety, MSP, and Enterprise Sales, as well as all technical roles. Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, the Corporate Recruiter will ensure a streamlined, high-quality recruitment process that reflects Brite’s business objectives and core values.

Essential Functions

FullCycle Recruiting: Manage the endtoend recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

Internal Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department leaders to identify internal mobility opportunities and support career progression within Brite.

Sales Recruitment: Source and recruit highperforming candidates for Public Safety Sales, MSP Sales, and Enterprise Sales teams.

Technical Recruitment: Identify and attract top technical talent for roles such as engineers, architects, and technical support specialists.

Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely communication and professionalism.

Employer Branding: Promote Brite’s culture and values through recruitment marketing strategies and participation in career events.

Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment laws.

Metrics & Reporting: Track and report recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Accomplishes all other duties and tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrations, or related field experience.

2 years of fullcycle recruiting experience, preferably in sales or technical roles.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Experience with an ATS & HRIS platform is required.

Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, and networking.

Excellent listening skills.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail oriented.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
