As Revenue Manager you will
Understand each market to determine effective and profitable management of new lease and renewal pricing
Provides second review to ensure physical occupancy and rent growth are balanced effectively
Conduct weekly revenue management business review calls for the portfolio
Discuss recent market trends and weekly performance goals
Recommend rent adjustments
Ongoing review of new lease and renewal parameters, competitor data, amenity values, lease terms and other relevant market information
Analyze trends, evaluate changes in performance
Review and present daily rate recommendations
Audit system settings and operational process to ensure alignment with asset strategy, goals and objectives
Identify and facilitate training for on‑site and corporate colleagues
Provide quarterly data to Asset Management for use in quarterly reports
Create, update and share rent trend reports
Participation in the annual budget process, business plan process as well as P&L.
Understand and adhere to all Fair Housing laws and ensure all property colleagues are doing the same
Perform all the above and other duties as assigned in accordance with applicable laws and company policies
Reports to President Management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
5 years in property management
4 years in revenue management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Strong working knowledge of MS OfficeExperience with Yardi, LRO, Sitelink, Yield Star or other related programs a plus
