Role Mission
You are the primary engine for TurboTenant’s new fully managed property management service, Autopilot. Your mission is to turn curious landlords into lifelong partners by conducting deep, empathetic discovery and demonstrating how our technology handles the heavy lifting of property management. You are selling a “hands‑off” lifestyle powered by a mix of high‑touch human expertise and intelligent automation.
Key Responsibilities
High‑Impact Discovery:
Lead the sales process by identifying landlord pain points—such as screening, lease prep, and maintenance—and positioning Autopilot as the ultimate solution.
Educate and Influence to Drive Adoption:
Guide landlords to understand how Autopilot solves their pain points and aligns with their personal investment goals.
Sales Process Management:
Own and guide the property owner journey from inquiry all the way to “listing live.”
Trust‑Based Onboarding:
Use your industry expertise to navigate high‑stakes sales conversations, building immediate rapport through shared experience and property management fluency.
Strategic Team Player:
Maintain a “team‑first” mindset, collaborating with internal teams to refine the “Autopilot” experience based on your frontline feedback.
