About the Role: We’re hiring an

Outside Sales Representative

to grow a territory by building relationships, developing new business, and expanding existing accounts. This role focuses on prospecting, managing customer partnerships, and driving product sales within the construction/industrial market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop new business while managing existing accounts

Build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities

Execute strategic territory plans to meet sales goals

Track activity, market trends, and competitive insights

Resolve customer needs and deliver strong service support

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

~5+ years of outside or relationship‑driven sales experience

Comfortable visiting job sites and handling light material movement (up to 50 lbs)

Compensation:

Guaranteed commissions: $2,292/month for first 6 months

Existing accounts to take over + new business growth
