The Catering Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role located in Norfolk, VA. The role involves managing and executing catering sales and event planning activities to ensure customer satisfaction and successful event delivery. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, planning and coordinating catering events, and collaborating with the Food & Beverage team to meet client expectations. The Catering Sales Manager will also handle customer inquiries, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event planning and execution process. Qualifications

Experience in Catering Sales and Event Planning, with the ability to plan, organize, and execute events effectively Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships and ensure a positive experience Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and the ability to collaborate effectively with related teams Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment Previous experience in the hospitality or catering industry is highly preferred Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field is desirable
