Role Summary We are looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant for our Conroe, TX location. This position would report to the Administration Manager.
Responsibilities
Review sales / rental contracts for management approval
Process sale and rental contracts into sales orders using SAP
Provide administrative support to the sales department: creating spreadsheets, correspondence, reports, and other documents
Maintain related sales files and office records
Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely deliveries
Review shipping documents, delivery dates and updated sales orders and tracking
File and review legal notices for rentals
Communicate with internal departments regarding contract orders
Assist with filling out and ensuring title work complies with all applicable state regulations
Coordinate and review forms for Certificate of Origin to be sent to customers
Answer routine questions about products, services, and order status
Perform various other administrative duties and activities as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Education and Training: High school diploma or as deemed sufficient by management.
Technical Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel; Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form; Able to organize, prioritize work, and multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment; Able to effectively compute discounts, interest, profit and loss, commission, markup, and various other mathematical equations; Possess excellent communication skills; Able to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems, collect data, and interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagrammatic form; Able to deal with several abstract and concrete variables; Willing and able to travel, including internationally, and available to work extended hours when required to complete projects on time.
Experience: 1–3 years of directly related training and/or experience.
Experience in handling a large volume of paperwork and processes; Experience working in a high‑demanding administrative position and very detail‑oriented.
